Serena has over 20 years of experience in insurance company financial reporting and operations and has held various leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She currently oversees the captive management and financial operations of all the captives managed by Elevate Risk Solutions.

Rondrea came to Elevate with over six years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. Prior to her arrival in 2016, she honed her skills as an Account Manager within the independent insurance agency sphere, focusing on underwriting, policy issuance, client service, and regulatory compliance.
